1. Services Provided

Mobile Road Rescue offers towing, roadside assistance, and other automotive services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and the condition of your vehicle.

2. Payment Terms

All services rendered by Mobile Road Rescue must be paid in full upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments. By using our services, you agree to pay the total amount invoiced for the services provided.

3. Service Availability

Service times may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and other external factors. Mobile Road Rescue is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

4.SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to your towing service or updates. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out, you can text STOP at any time. Text HELP for additional assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Road Rescue will not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mobile Road Rescue is committed to transparency and fairness in handling cancellations and refunds.

1. Refund Policy

  • Services that have been fully rendered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued if service was prepaid and not provided due to a cancellation on our part or other justifiable reason.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, due to the nature of on-demand service delivery, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Before Dispatch: If cancellation is made before a technician has been dispatched, no fee will apply.

  • After Dispatch: If cancellation occurs after dispatch but before arrival, a cancellation fee of $30 (or 15% of the total service fee, whichever is higher) will be charged.

  • No Show/Unavailable: If the customer is unreachable or not present at the location upon arrival, the full service fee may apply.

To cancel a service, please call us immediately at (714) 408-9493. Email or text cancellations are not guaranteed unless confirmed by our dispatch team.
