Mobile Road Rescue is committed to transparency and fairness in handling cancellations and refunds.

1. Refund Policy

  • Services that have been fully rendered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued if service was prepaid and not provided due to a cancellation on our part or other justifiable reason.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days of the transaction.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, due to the nature of on-demand service delivery, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Before Dispatch: If cancellation is made before a technician has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service fee will be charged.

  • After Dispatch: If cancellation occurs after dispatch but before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% – 100% of the total service fee will be charged.

  • No Show/Unavailable: If the customer is unreachable or not present at the location upon arrival, the full service fee may apply.

To cancel a service, please call us immediately at (714) 408-9493. Email or text cancellations are not guaranteed unless confirmed by our dispatch team.
